Testing out a new system for making code review of a patch series go
smoother. Not really needed for a 2-set, but starting small.

- All patches in the series will have the same "shell code", and
  assuming no changes, you would just paste in the next section to see
  the next patch.
- The issue branch will have the issue number of the last issue in the
  series.

As patches are committed, the later patches will be modified if
necessary, but you might be able to just

I know I said before that this patch series should just be ignored, but
waiting for consensus on iterators is probably not a good strategy. This
is a pretty small patch series, and it's blocking me from fixing some
other bugs.

I mean, I could hack around it, but the code is already here, and bugs
are still bugs. Might as well just fix it so we can play with a working
implementation before the spec changes.
