Adding the TVTK class browser to the Mayavi help menu

Hey Prabhu, I would like to add the TVTK class browser to the Mayavi help menu.
Is it OK with you?

Apart from the minor comments and Qt check I think it may also be useful to have
this on the toolbar for the Mayavi scene window?  That would be convenient when
using this from mlab but this is only a wish and you may choose to not do it.

While this may work with wx. I have a feeling it may not work with Qt, can you
please check it and see.  A long while back you needed to hold a reference to
the UI object that edit_traits returned for the UI to stay alive with Qt.  I am
not sure that restriction was removed by Phil.
