This is the first of a series of three patches.

 - the first is an import of the current Fossil from Plan 9,
 - the second is a conversion of Fossil to use the new libventi
   and libthread instead of the old libventi,
 - the third contains the required changes to run on plan9port.

The result is also directly usable on Plan 9 with no other
change than the mkfile.

I have another, more experimental, patch to be be able to
access the fossilcons from Unix.

I think these changes would be easier to review as separate patches,
but Rietveld doesn't permit to send all of them at the same time,
so they will need to be committed separately.

I did the original work in summer 2011, but I haven't touched it
for a while, so I think it's now time to distribute it more widely.

I received various e-mails from people willing to work on Fossil,
thus I think pushing the current state of the port should help
them to work from a common starting point.

Update Fossil with the latest changes from Francisco Ballesteros,
which were merged in Plan 9 on August 2.

Sorry for the delay. Summer was kind of crazy.

I don't personally care much about fossil in plan9port but if you have a need
for it then I don't mind it being here.
