Issue 7498044: Fix command-line cajoler's whitelist paths; centralize path literals. (Closed)
Description* Use correct default paths in com.google.caja.plugin.Config, fixing the
command-line cajoler (broken by r5096, issue 1585).
* Keep the default paths as public constants in HtmlSchema and
CssSchema.
* Improve error messages of ConfigUtil.RESOURCE_RESOLVER.resolve.
