Description

api agent serves up static html Allow for api socket to serve up gui html on the same port to resolve issues with firefox ssl cert handling on self-signed which requires ack for the same cert on the same domain but different ports. https://code.launchpad.net/~hazmat/juju/rapi-w-static/+merge/145399 (do not edit description out of merge proposal)
