Description

Don't collect jenkins artifacts. charm testinsg is a bit inane with the amount of content/artifacts it collects (10Gb for 100 charms), with significant redundancies between files. https://code.launchpad.net/~hazmat/charmworld/jenkins-sans-artifacts/+merge/143520 (do not edit description out of merge proposal)
