Hello,

I created issue 415 which describes why testing::internal::GetTypeName should
defers its implementation to a class template.

I needed it to customize gtest's output when reporting execution of
type-parameterized tests.

Being unfamiliar with gtest patch submission process and having greatly
overlooked the submitting patches section of the dev guide, I created issue 415
with a patch as attachment. I'm sorry for that.

Please someone change issue 415 type to 'enhancement' and review my submission.

Regards,
Gregory
