Description

disable zk log as it can get very large. as a stop gap solution to filtering the pipe for relevant messages, just disable the zookeeper logging, to stop spurious messages filling up disks. https://code.launchpad.net/~hazmat/juju/zk-log-client-disable/+merge/103753 (do not edit description out of merge proposal)
