Description

Default image-stream to "", not Omit When image-stream was made common to all providers, its default was changed from "" to schema.Omit; this breaks backwards compatibility for azure. Fixes lp:1277636 https://code.launchpad.net/~axwalk/juju-core/lp1277636-image-stream-default/+merge/205894 (do not edit description out of merge proposal)
