Please find the attached updated version of topology.
Now it will work with Ryu controller
Run the following commands from a terminal 1 window:

$sudo mn --custom Simple-Network-Topology.py -topo mytopo --mac --controller
remote --switch ovs

Open a second terminal window and run the following commands:
$ sudo ovs-vsctl set bridge s1 protocols=OpenFlow1
$ ruy-manager --verbose simple_switch_13.py
