Description

Commit log for first patchset: --------------- i#1926: parametrize run_test timeout and increase for app_suite Adds a timeout parameter to runtest.cmake, passed via new test adding functions which also set the CTest timeout. Increases the timeout for app_suite and app_suite.pattern to try and address recent CDash failures. Fixes #1926 ---------------
