Added deploy script for deploying the crypt-server.war to all tomcat folders. It will not deploy it…

Script that copies and renames the crypt-server.war to all the tomcat folders so
we can easily deploy new versions of the server.

Well we could do that, I have thought of it but if it doesn't work with rm
you're doing something wrong. The reason I don't want to forcefully remove the
files is because I don't know if this will affect tomcat. I don't think it will
cause problems but as long as you shut everything down properly rm will work.
