Remove cygwin_conv_to_posix_path
cygwin_conv_to_posix_path is
deprecated on cygwin (32bit) and not available on cygwin64.
It is not needed in a pure cygwin environment.

Is there a way to check this patch on various MSwin systems (with various file
and subfolder paths) before merging it? What about older Windows versions? (IIRC
we used to support up to 98SE, which is still somewhat DOS-reliant.)

The patch remove CYGWIN specific code, that make impossible to build on
CYGWIN 64 bit, and that it is not needed for the program to correctly work.
It use a call deprecated more than 5 years ago.
Current CYGWIN support is from Windows XP SP3 onwards.
