Description

Reverts new inspector as default The selenium tests fail when the new inspector is set as the default so these will need to be updated before this switch over is made so that CI can pass. https://code.launchpad.net/~hatch/juju-gui/revert-new-insepctor/+merge/181877 (do not edit description out of merge proposal)
