I had just minor changes within my fork, so I've re-pulled -r dcbbd608914d,
applied the above changes, built & tested.

Now, that we can run on darwin, it would be good to have "Getting Started on OS
X" wiki page, similar to
https://code.google.com/p/odbc/wiki/GettingStartedOnLinux. Unfortunately, I
don't know what the steps are. Also my English is terrible.

Would you be interested to write that? It does not need to be as complicated as
Linux version - couple of paragraphs should do. You can send me the text, or I
can setup you as EditWiki on https://code.google.com/p/odbc if you prefer that
instead. Feel free to ignore my request, if you are not interested.

I'd be glad to write something up, lemme get something together over the
weekend.

Totally up to you; I can email you the the `getting started` stuff, or push
it straight to the wiki. Whatever works best/easier for you =)
It's going to be extremely similar to what you've already got for Linux.
We've just used the unixODBC/FreeTDS combo for Darwin.

Yes, that is what I use on Linux. Even so, it would be nice if there are
instructions for new users. It does not need to be as descriptive as Linux.

Hey Alex,

Sorry, I meant to get this done last weekend.

I've added the documentation for OS X. A guy I work with just got a new
computer so I'll have him run through the documentation and make sure it
all makes sense.

I also plan on installing unixODBC/FreeTDS from source (without MacPorts)
on one of my machines. When I get this done I'll add documentation as an
alternate install process for OS X (people who don't have/want MacPorts).
