Fixed #5- Now sort button shows sorting by recently updated as default

You fixed the first half, good.

What i was trying to say is the 2-choice dropdown/flyout is not needed.  Make it
a simple toggle like Comments or Transclusions where a tooltip appears on
mouseover showing the alternate sort status and a mouse click changes both the
button status and the sort sequence.

Then suppose if a user is seeing sort by recently updated then on hovering the
mouse pointer a tooltip should appear like "Click this button to sort tickets by
Least recently updated"
right?

hmm, a slight complication is that after the user clicks a ticket table heading
the sort button still says "Sort: recently updated".  

Ignore for now, maybe a future changeset could change the sort button to just
"Sort" (or similar) after the user clicks on a heading to sort by column value.

or just "Sort: Least recently updated"
