Myspace specific addtions(statusmood & notifications)

This patch adds two new myspace specific extensions to opensocial. Statusmood and Notifications.

I also included the image file necessary for the mediaItem upload test.

Eventually, I'd like to be able to configure which samples go with which
containers (if an orkut user clicks this link they'll see an error which is
confusing), but that shouldn't block this patch - just a note for some future
improvements.

The style we have been using for class definitions has been to put the opening
brace on the same line as the class definition.    Not a big deal, but I'd
prefer to use that everywhere for consistency.
