Description

Currently if the "sudo apt-get install --reinstall" command fails, install-build-deps.sh silently fails. It is important to warn the user that something failed, so that they can fix it, especially since trying to compile before installing gperf can lead to breakage; see: http://groups.google.com/group/chromium-dev/browse_thread/thread/f08878972a5836d2?pli=1 BUG=17872 (http://crbug.com/17872)
