Description

cmd/juju: fix test expecting trusty tools The tests were recently changed to use the latest LTS release, however the fake tools list wasn't updated to match. One of the tests was failing on my Trusty machine; this fixes it. https://code.launchpad.net/~axwalk/juju-core/bootstrap-test-tools/+merge/216237 (do not edit description out of merge proposal)
