* Remove the commented-out remnants of various imports-based hooks used by cajoled modules to drive the ES5/3 version of HtmlEmitter etc. which do not apply in ES5 mode. * Removed unused ___.plugin_dispatchToHandler___ and ___ in the ES5 taming frame. @r5350
