Added AdSense Host API v4.1 samples

Hi Joe,

I'm updating issue 6500133. Sorry for creating a new one but apparently I can't
create new changesets for an existing issue that is not mine:
Issue creation errors: {'user': ["You (jalc@google.com) don't own this issue
(6500133)"]} 

sgomes@ tried editing the issue but there is no way to change ownership:

Sorry for the delay, I've been working on a largish change to the client library
which affects all the samples which I wanted to land before this code got
committed. The change was to remove the gflags library as a dependency of
google-api-python-client. I've also folded functionality similar to what appears
in sample_utils.py into the core library. Please update the samples to no longer
use gflags and to also use apiclient.sample_tools. See this CL as a reference:

Done! Please make sure the pip package is updated before committing this code,
as it uses sample_tools.

Actually the samples are provided as downloads and the downloads are
updated with
each release of the library so there shouldn't be a mismatch:
