Add .swp files to gitignore.

Make git ignore .swp files (generated while editing in vim).

tfarina previously requested they be kept alphabetical, so the second patch
changes the order. Not sure what the best order is though, due to the special
characters (coincidentally we haven't run into this ambiguity yet). I can add a
comment for however we think is the best order so it will stay that way for any
additions.
