update to selenium 2.29.0

This snapshot seems not to include any jar addition/deletion.

the large jars were what were causing upload.py to barf, it was deciding not to
upload the files, and then getting back an error because it didn't upload them. 
rather than trying to fix the problem, I'm sidestepping it by not putting them
in the CL.  I'll make sure it does happen when I submit.
