Add support for SK_MSCALAR_IS_FLOAT The default is SK_MSCALAR_IS_FLOAT. You'll have to explicitly define SK_MSCALAR_IS_DOUBLE if that's what you want. BUG=None Committed: https://code.google.com/p/skia/source/detail?r=6403
