Description

This CL fixes 3 small bugs in the debugger. In SkListWidget.cpp - fix some spacing issues when profiling numbers are displayed In SkDebuggerGUI.cpp - only use wall clock time on Windows - toggle disable of profiling button so it is disabled by default
