Add -logPerIter, -timers, and -min to bench_pictures.

Add -logPerIter, -timers, and -min to bench_pictures.

Additional changes:

Add instance count to bench_pictures.

Remove various PictureBenchmark subclasses which did not do
anything besides have a different PictureRenderer.

I think I misunderstood our conversation about the command-line options.  I
believe that bench is the only program which uses the single-dash options, so I
thought you were planning to change bench to use '--'.  It's up to you whether
to use single or double in both places.  Otherwise, LGTM.

D'oh! Yeah, after posting this change I noticed that gm uses '--' :(

I was happier to change bench_pictures, because I think people actually
currently use bench, and will have to change their flags (if they have them
stored somewhere)...

I think bench and bench_pictures are so similar that the flag formats should
definitely be the same.  I like '--' better, but I don't know how destructive
it'll be to change bench out from under people...
