Keep tiling when changing slides in SampleApp.

Move tiling up into SampleWindow.

Now the tiles do not move with the view, and tiling persists when changing slides.

Good fix, though we should probably make a bigger change while we're at it, and
move the tiling loop higher up in the draw chain (somewhere in samplewindow).
Due to where I apply it now, the tiles aren't fixed to the window, so when you
translate or scale, the tiles are moved/scaled/rotated along with the content
(not the intent!).
