Description

Reconstructed preprocessor.vcproj from libGLESv2.vcproj. There was something different about the project properties in release builds that caused std::vector to have different member variable offsets, leading to the samples crashing in Release builds. Removed stuff that was specific to libGLESv2.vcproj. Project now builds in all configs including x64. Committed: https://code.google.com/p/angleproject/source/detail?r=1204
