align PHP Shindig with Portable Contact spec

This patch includes all needed changes in PHP Shindig code.

And the modifications in Partuza (especially the changes on DB table schema and fetcher) will be submitted in another patch.

all the regular expression "@/\\*(?:.|[\\n\\r])*?\\*/@" has been replaced by
"@/\*.?\*/@s" since the former one stuck the updated WAMP processes.
