Don't do this here, try to make use of CSS. You can add a new class that will
only affect the help pages or you can create a new CSS file that is only used in
help pages so it won't affect other pages.

both student and instructor help page can make the two pages look consistent.

Also the name parageaphs" does not really describe the item being formatted?
