Description

Don't use drop-right from (srfi srfi-1) in C++ It can perfectly amicably be replaced by more efficient code readily available in the core. As this is a trivial replacement and is heavily exercised in LilyPond (and, surprise surprise, another change of mine rides on it), I'll be committing this once Patchy has given its ok.
