Description

state/apiserver: charm stream demo This is just an example of how we could implement charm streaming (and similarly, tool streaming) using the API. The guts of State.PutCharmBundle are left unimplemented - they could be similar regardless of how the API was arranged. https://code.launchpad.net/~rogpeppe/juju-core/459-apiserver-charm-stream/+merge/194183 (do not edit description out of merge proposal)
