Description

Add the cajoledDocuments cache to the ehcache configuration file. The cajoledDocuments cache shouldn't be eternal since eternal elements are never expired and cajoledDocuments change relatively often. Remove ehcache.properties since EhCacheCacheProvider now uses ehcache properties defined in shindig.properties .
