Remove Syzygy-related code from the Sawbuck repository.

Syzygy has now been moved to its own repository.

This actually removes these entire subdirectories, and all of their contents.
The resulting CL is too big for "gcl" to handle gracefully, so I've
cherry-picked a few representative files.
