Description

provider: Update boilerplate config doc links New documentation has been written for configuring the various juju providers. Update the links we put in generated boilerplate configuration from the old askubuntu pages to the current docs. https://code.launchpad.net/~gz/juju-core/boilerplate_doclinks/+merge/184079 (do not edit description out of merge proposal)
