Plain text mail notification

We need this while sending multipart emails. 
Text version is analogous to the html version.

Maybe then make change_action include the `has` part.
For English we have the following possibilities:
* has been created/modified/renamed/copied/reverted/deleted
* has been destroyed
* has one revision destroyed

I have tried to translate to Russian, and the last one sounds really clumsy.

What if the item is deleted or destroyed? Should we show the URL too?
Also that should be added to the HTML version of the notification.
