state/apiserver/common: implement BulkCall One possible way of factoring out some of the currently endless repetition of bulk calls without resorting to automatic code generation. https://code.launchpad.net/~rogpeppe/juju-core/365-common-bulk-call/+merge/179868 (do not edit description out of merge proposal)
