I just ran "Get-Package -updates", to see all the new packages we need to update and then ran "Update-Package [ID]"

I still need to update the Zlip.Portable in the PCL version, but I'll have to do on a new instance of Windows 8.1 vm, while I'll upgrade the library to support Windwos 8.1 apps.

By the way, by doing so we will not support anymore Windows Phone 7.5, which is OK. The old package will continue working for everyone who develop for WP 7.5
