Ummm, we do not want this nor copy other themes methods here.

Modify setup.py by adding https://pypi.python.org/pypi/XStatic-Pygments/1.6.0.1
below other xstatic entries.

Modify wikiconfig.py and add above to list of mod_names.

Modify make.py - see how get_bootstrap_data_location is used in cmd_css to add
include-path.

Do ./m quickinstall to verify pygments is pulled in to your virtualenv.

Modify basic.less to do an import like line 2 above (@import "bootstrap.less";)
pulling in favorite pygments color scheme.

Add a note to your todo list to make modernized work in a similar fashion in
future changeset.
