Description

When we enable this #define, we'll need to rebaseline 1/3rd of our GMs for changes in the 3 least significant bits along the edge pixels of antialiased spans. When our users have adjusted to the change (Chromium will need to rebaseline 1100 layout tests on each platform!) we can remove the #define.
