Braces redesigned

Small and large braces are more consistent.

A small patch that redefines the braces:

* Increases the width of the smallest.
* Reduces the width of the largest.
* Increments more consistently between two braces (there were too many tiny
braces).
* Increases the thickness of the ends of braces.
* Sharpens a little the angles to compensate the changes of width.
* Applies two nitpicks (lines 97 and 119).

I like the new shapes and thicknesses, at least in isolation.  I've not tried
any tests using them in real scores.

Added to google tracker (sorry it's so late...), issue .
I understand that this Rietveld issue (4581060) is valid, not the other one
(4518052).
I like new shapes too, with one exception: the very smallest brace has it's
center too far to the left i think.
