More gyp cleanup, win32 fixes

Remove some files from views.gyp that already being compiled into utils.gyp (already done for Linux, this change does the same for Mac and Win).

It does seem kinda weird that sources is inside link_settings. Maybe it should
be parallel with it?

link_settings is a misleading name for that section.  What that really means
is, "targets that link to the library defined by this target need the
following things".  Which is actually true for the item in this case.

BTW, I had to revert this part of the change anyway, since although it compiled
on all platforms, it broke GM at runtime.  I'm pretty sure this is related to
the SkTRegistry problem, where these self-registering classes can only be
compiled directly into the executable, not into an intervening static lib or
they get removed by the linker.  So it turns out we're compiling this code once
into images.lib, and again into the executables.  MSVC2010 (I think it was)
complains about the doubly-defined symbols.

Short-term, I guess we could just leave this line and remove the ones above so
it only ever gets compiled into the executable and not the lib.  Long-term, I
think we should get rid of these registries and put in explicit initializers.
