add several errno definition

This patches introduces 2 errno definition in socket.h.
It will be used in netlink support for future.

Please review the patch for the 2 new errno definition in src/node/socket.h.
It will be used for netlink support in ns-3-simu.

This seems "small-feature" enough to me.  Feel free to push this to ns-3-dev by
Saturday, March 27 (close of small feature merge).
