Description

environs: set up fake home directory In an upcoming CL, this lets us avoid putting 570 bytes of x509 certificate in each place we have configuration text. https://code.launchpad.net/~rogpeppe/juju-core/144-environs-test-fake-home/+merge/134148 (do not edit description out of merge proposal)
