Description

Remove ly:lexer-keywords command It has been unused since its inception. If it were to be retained, it would make more sense to remove its (sole) argument since it was effectively being ignored (other than that the presence of a Lexer guarantees that the keyword table has been initialised). Supporting member function Lily_lexer::keyword_list is removed alongside.
