I'd prefer we leave a long line rather than doing this indentation. In case
you're not aware, this doc shows up both in the generated web docs for GCS and
in the gsutil "help" output - so indenting like this would look strange for the
latter.

To upload your newest patchset, you'll do something like:

python upload.py -i 285430043 --rev xxxxxx:yyyyyy

Where xxxxxx is the commit hash prior to your initial changelist and yyyyyy is
your current commit.

The -i flag controls adding a patchset to an existing issue as opposed to
creating a new one.
