Description

Issue 2866: Hiding a note hides a beam that should not be hidden This works by not letting \hideNotes tamper with Beam transparency but rather let transparency be inherited from the Beam's X parent by default. Looking over the beaming code makes it difficult to find how this actually works, and what kind of grob the transparency is inherited from. Of course, overriding it explicitly always remains an option.
