Description

Add improved shape note support Add Christian Harmony, Sacred Harp, and Southern Harmony styles Add variable-thickness open note shapes to the shape note font Change the starting character value for the Feta font to accomodate the extra characters. Add new commands to base shape note scale degrees on the relative major. Add regression tests for various note styles. Update docs to reflect new settings.

Patch Set 2 : Create new sub-table for feta-noteheads so we have enough space for the glyphs #
