Issue 2741

Added new page to thank providers of development/infrastructure.

I have not tested this yet and hope this is at least mostly correct in terms of
the texinfo code/layout.

I based on what was in Authors.itexi

It's supposed to be a reasonable starting point if nothing else.

There might be some weirdness between having foo.itexi, @foo, and foo.html
output.  But as long as the 2-minute "make website" doesn't die, it's probably
ok.

I tweaked this patch to cater for that. See if this is better.
