Description

yyout2grammar.py : no point in printing the filenames since these are available by inspection of the command line. lilypond-book.py : progress should be indicated using the progress function, which is then controlled using log-level. This gets rid of a line of output from make doc, since lilypond-book is called with loglevel=WARN. Don't believe these are controversial - would like to push to staging quite quickly.
